This new policy is effective 03/27/2024 - any orders placed prior to this will have our original returns and exchanges policy honored for 15 days after the original order date.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
You have 15 days from your order delivery date to request a return for refund or store credit. All items must be unworn with the original tags attached.
It is suggested to ship items as early as possible as there can be delays with the shipping carriers.
Refunds to original form of payment incur a $9.95 restocking fee, while store credit returns are always free.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after they have been received at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is complete. Refunds take 3-5 business days to process and deposit back to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that original shipping fees, package protection or any other associated costs are non-refundable.
Any indication of worn or damaged products will not make you eligible for a refund and item(s) will be sent back upon request.
The Noli Shop reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

MISSING ITEMS
We do our best to ship your order in full. However, in the rare case that an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email and refund you for any missing items. If you believe there was a discrepancy with your order, please reach out to us at noli@thenolishop.com
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
The Noli Shop offers Route Shipping Protection at checkout on all orders. This will cover all parcel loss, damage, and theft. If you decide not to purchase or remove Shipping Protection at the checkout, The Noli Shop is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS POLICY
The Noli Shop reserves the right to limit or refuse service to customers that show excessive return activity, which is defined with a return rate of 70% or more or $1,000 of returns in a 6-month period. Return rate is calculated as the dollar amount of returns over the relevant period divided by the dollar amount of purchases over the same period. Customers that fall within the above criteria will be subject to a modified return policy, which may include but is not limited to, returns for store credit only, cancellation of orders, and disqualification or pause of our loyalty program benefits
