SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $150.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida.
We work lightning fast - so please contact us
as soon as possible to make any changes to your order.

Orders cannot be edited once processed and shipped from our facility. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is no longer under the care of The Noli Shop.

Please contact your local post office or mail carrier for any questions you may have about missing or delayed packages.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove items. If you would like to request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Care via. Email at noli@thenolishop.com, from Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5:00pm EST and we can attempt to cancel your order. Our warehouse starts moving fast to get your order to you right away! As a result, there are some cases where we also may not be able to cancel the order.


We are unable to halt a shipment once an order is fulfilled and handed to a shipping courier. You can, however, always return your items to us for credit or a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Orders placed will ship within 2 - 4 business days. Please note that orders placed after 11:00AM EST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays). During periods of high sales volume, processing time may be extended.


Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information. For Economy shipments within the US, you can expect your order to arrive in 6-10 business days once it has shipped from our warehouse in Miami, FL.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders placed will ship within 4 - 6 business days. Please note that orders placed after 11:00AM EST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays). During periods of high sales volume, processing time may be extended.

All international addresses must be written in English characters. If there is an error with your address, your order may be subject to delays.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

A pre-order or special order is an order that can be purchased in advance of when it arrives to our warehouse. Pre-orders let you secure items before we have them in stock. As soon as we have your order ready, we’ll ship it to you directly.


We provide an approximate shipping date for each pre-order item when you check out. While we do our very best to ensure your order is shipped on or before this date, sometimes things can take a little longer than expected due to supply chain issues. Once your order does ship, you can expect to receive it in 1–4 business days, depending on whether you selected standard, express or priority shipping.

MISSING ITEMS

We do our best to ship your order in full. However, in the rare case that an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email and refund you for any missing items. If you believe there was a discrepancy with your order, please reach out to us at noli@thenolishop.com
